Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Throughline, operated by Morgan Foundry. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What Throughline does
Throughline helps you evaluate job fit, tailor application materials, and manage your search as a pipeline. It is a tool to support your decisions — not a recruiter, employer, or career guarantee.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you're responsible for activity under your account.
AI-generated output — guidance, not a guarantee
Fit verdicts (GO / MAYBE / SKIP), scores, written briefs, and tailored résumé or cover-letter content are generated by AI and provided as guidance. They may contain errors or omissions and are not guarantees of accuracy, of an interview, or of a job. You are responsible for reviewing all output before you rely on or submit it — in particular, ensure any tailored application content is truthful and reflects your actual experience. Throughline does not verify the accuracy of statements in materials you send to employers, and you remain solely responsible for them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Throughline to: break the law; upload another person's personal information without the right to do so; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or resell it without permission.
Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the data you put in (your profile, the roles you add, your pipeline). You grant us the limited license needed to process that data to provide the service (including sending relevant text to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy). We own the Throughline application, brand, and underlying software.
Plans
Throughline offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Pricing and limits may change; we'll give notice of material changes. (No payment is collected in the current version.)
Termination
You can stop using Throughline and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will lead to employment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morgan Foundry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or employment outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you used the service for free, USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Morgan Foundry against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and provide notice of material changes.
